Ventura Oaks offers direct hook up to our septic sewer system. We have 30 or 50 amp electric which is directly billed to you by Southern California Edison for long term guests. If you are not a long term guest your electricity is included in the nightly and weekly rates. Cable is serviced at your choice directly by Time Warner Cable.
